自2016年起，亚洲开发银行与湖南省已连续成功举办了六届亚太绿色低碳发展高峰论坛。论坛已成为亚太地区绿色低碳发展领域具有广泛影响力的旗舰活动。

由湖南省生态环境厅、湖南省财政厅、亚洲开发银行、国家应对气候变化战略研究和国际合作中心主办的2023年亚太绿色低碳发展高峰论坛将于10月20日至21日在长沙举办，主题是“转型与创新：共享新机遇，共促新发展”。邀请来自政府、企业、国际组织、行业智库的嘉宾，从政策、金融、技术三个议题，共话与亚太地区可持续发展有关的战略、创新和机遇。

由亚洲开发银行、亚行—中国区域知识共享中心、亚行研究院联合举办的2023年东亚论坛将与亚太论坛同期举办。该论坛是亚行在东亚地区分享低碳知识和观点的旗舰平台，重点推广复制亚行在中国气候项目的成功经验，促进发展中成员体之间的联系和知识共享。欢迎政府官员和其他利益相关方踊跃参会，共同交流和探索现有及未来的项目合作。

亚洲开发银行（简称“亚行”）在坚持消除极端贫困的同时，致力于实现繁荣、包容、有适应力和可持续的亚太地区。亚行成立于1966年，总部设在菲律宾马尼拉，现有68个成员，其中49个来自亚太地区。亚行主要通过政策对话、贷款、股权投资、担保、赠款以及技术援助等工具向发展中成员体提供帮助。中国于1986年加入亚行。

Asian Development Bank (ADB) is committed to achieving a prosperous, inclusive, resilient, and sustainable Asia and the Pacific, while sustaining its efforts to eradicate extreme poverty. Established in 1966, it is owned by 68 members - 49 from the region. Its headquarter is located in Manila, Philippines. Its main instruments for helping its developing member countries are policy dialogue, loans, equity investments, guarantees, grants, and technical assistance. The People’s Republic of China joined ADB in 1986.

联合国青少年领航计划由联合国训练研究所携手合作伙伴为更好地支持《2030年可持续发展议程》和《青年2030 ：联合国青年战略》在全球范围内发起。该计划依托联合国训练研究所以及联合国系统内多领域专家资源与知识产品，携手世界知名大学与国际科研机构向青少年传播环境、气候变化、公共卫生等可持续发展相关知识，汇聚由联合国资深官员、联合国志愿者以及国际发展领域专家组成的专业执行团队，通过训练、研究与实践等方式培养具有创造力、领导力、决策力、协作力、沟通力与执行力的联合国可持续发展目标领航者。

To better support the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development and the Youth 2030: United Nations Youth Strategy, the United Nations Institute for Training and Research (UNITAR), together with its partners, launched the UN Youth Program globally. It joins hands with world-renowned universities and international research institutions to disseminate knowledge on environment, climate change, public health and other sustainable development-related knowledge to young people. It brings together senior United Nations officials, a professional executive team composed of United Nations volunteers and experts in the field of international development. It aims to cultivate leaders of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals with creativity, leadership, decision-making, collaboration, communication and execution through training, research and practice.

清华大学学生中国-东盟协会创办于2022年9月，（简称“清华中国东盟协会”或“THUCA”），是在清华大学正式注册登记的国际交流类群众性学生社团，业务指导单位为清华大学国际合作与交流处，并由学生全球胜任力发展指导中心共同指导。

协会旨在推动清华大学全体师生对中国-东盟友好关系的关注，深入加强中国与东盟之间的紧密纽带，为中国-东盟国际青年搭建一个能够拓宽视野、亲身感受中华文化与国际魅力互相交融的多元文化交流平台。

Established in September of 2022, Tsinghua University Student Association of China-ASEAN (THUCA) is an officially registered student association especially for international and cultural exchange. THUCA is now mentored by the Office of International Affairs, and also advised by the Center for Global Competence Development at Tsinghua University.

THUCA aims to promote Tsinghua students' understanding in the China-ASEAN context by creating a platform that serves as a bridge between Chinese and ASEAN students. Also, THUCA is striving to create an environment that revolves around communication, cooperation, practice and leadership for Tsinghua China-ASEAN Global Youths.
